1.Short-cycle Press Lines The superiority of short-cycle press lines can be seen in the quality of the product and in their flexibility in use with surface and substrate materials.
2.3D Eagle Lines Wemhoener has common and PIN system two feeding pallets, mainly used for pressing PVC film on 3D door surfaces, which can meet the requirements of all kinds of door surface shapes.
3.Throughfeed Press Lines Lamination and pressing of wood based panels such as MDF, particle board or lightweight boards with veneers, finish foils, HPL etc.
4.PUR Laminating Line By applying PUR adhesive on the clean surface of wood based panels and using a continuous roller press, sheets like HPL, acrylic, leather, etc. or rolls like PET, fabric, etc. can be pressed and pasted onto the surface of panels.
5.Laboratory Press Lines It is used for the research of hot pressing test for the veneer of finishing materials, to reduce the development cost of new products, and to study the optimal hot pressing process parameters of new materials.
