LUBRICATION SOLUTIONS FOR MDF AND OSB-PRESSES
Continuous presses used in the production of chipboard, fiberboard (MDF, HDF), or coarse particleboard (OSB) require specially adapted lubricants to ensure reliable operation and long service life. Our fully synthetic high-temperature chain oils offer cost-efficient and environmentally friendly lubrication for steel belts, roller bars, chains, and bending bars. Based on high-quality ester oils, they minimize evaporation losses, reduce oil consumption, and significantly lower CO2 emissions – benefiting both the environment and workplace safety.
Critical lubrication points, such as heated steel belt deflection roller bearings, are exposed to extreme loads and high temperatures. For these applications, PFPE lubricants with lithium or polyurea thickeners from our Turmotemp Range ensure extended maintenance intervals, higher bearing reliability, and outstanding performance.
